Return Policy
Cycology Bikes Inc. will accept items for return or exchange which are in new condition, unworn, and free of damages from the customer within 14 days of purchase. Items must have original tags and packaging. Special order items may be subject to a restocking or shipping fee. Approved returns will be in store credit ONLY. All clearance items are final sale.

Warranty
We understand that sometime products fail and don’t live up to expectations. We work with manufacturers and our suppliers to offer warranty support. All warranty for products and bikes is up to the discretion of the manufacturers and covers parts only. Shipping and labour is the responsibility of the customer.
